EQUIPMENT PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SERVICES:
- Pick-up: Ensure a smooth process by having your equipment and necessary paperwork ready for our driver. This helps MET Cal maintain its schedule and provide timely service to all customers.
- Delivery: Upon returning your equipment, we provide a detailed invoice or job report for your review, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Shipping Options: MET Cal offers the convenience of shipping your equipment via Lalamove, Grab, or other logistics providers. Shipping charges can be prepaid through a carrier account or added to your invoice. Please include shipping instructions with your paperwork when sending items to MET Calibration.
EXPEDITE OPTIONS FOR LAB SERVICE CALIBRATION SERVICES:
Same/Next Day:
- All same/Next Day requests require approval from the Sales Supervisor, who will confirm with the Service Supervisor before commitment.
- If received by 10:30 AM: Pick-up or shipment will occur the same day after 2:30 PM.
- If received after 10:30 AM: Pick-up will be available at 2:30 PM the following day or the item will be shipped the following day.
3 Days:
- Must be received by 10:30 AM for pick-up after 2:30 PM or shipment on the third day. For example, an item dropped off on Monday at 10 AM will be shipped Wednesday afternoon.
- If received after 10:30 AM, pick-up or shipment will occur on the fourth day. For instance, an item dropped off Monday at 12 Noon will be available for pick-up on Thursday at 2:30 PM.
Field Service Expedite Options:
Expedite fees are billed as a line item and contribute toward the minimum on-site fee.
